You can tell she’s a great coach because she’s very coachable. The questions she asks are right out of her tool box, allowing for a quick study. Watching Wayne and Lena get her dialed in was impressive. Two masters of their trade.

Don't let this distract you from the fact that Hector is going to be running three Honda civics with spoon engines, and on top of that, he just went into Harry's and bought three turbos with nos, and a motec exhaust system.

I love the Lift Run Shoot series. I would love to go out to Oregon and do this. Alas, Im a nobody. Just an average dude that has shot archery for a long time with his family and works on his own bows and builds bow strings.

I usually only watch clips of the Keep hammering podcast, but I watched the full episode with Lena. Stoked to watch this LRS Lena needs to come back to Springfield to teach a class (open to the public) Izak Walton would be an awesome spot. Emerald Empire would be cool too. Or if she wanted to go indoor Nw Arsenal, and DFI have indoor bays.

Starting the Spencer Butte run a Martin st/West Amazon is brutal, its gets steep right away. I like starting at Blanton Ridge, and making my way over its much more gradual, but still gives you some decent climbs, and decent. Way to go Lena that's some hard running if you aren't used to it.

It “would be nice “ if your team could get Mr. Tom Miranda in for a podcast. One of the most accomplished outdoorsman in my humble opinion . That guy has forgotten more about bow hunting than I will ever know.
