He reminds me a lot of what Mark Rippetoe does with his novice linear progression. Many strength coaches waste their athletes' time and energy with unnecessary routines. This coach understands the objective and provides a clear, concise path to achieve it. An excellent coach.

generally, the weights that Nicholas uses are nothing special , and if you take into consideration his weight and size, are very novice. But, if he grabs you, his power would feel like he was a heavy weight powerlifter. Technique becomes a factor (math wise) for strength.

Too much caffeine before your workouts will constrict your blood flow so if you were doing anything high intensify or high cardio wise you could not perform nearly as well because of the blood flow constriction to the muscles as well as the dehydration if your not hydrating properly … does he know this ?
