LIFTING my Overland F250 w/ a 4" BDS Radius Arm Lift kit

Morgan and I have been planning a HUGE 15k mile road trip around the western US for the past year. We wanted to Overland as much as possible and in a stock f250, the ground clearance isn't great, so I wanted to lift the truck some. I wanted to get a good lift kit with good shocks (no lift pucks or shock extenders) but also didn't want to spent 5k on a lift.
BDS suspension was my first go to but was still on the tad expensive side. I waited till Black Friday and was able to get a significant discount on it. I was able to get a 4" lift with high clearance Radius arms and Fox 2.0 shocks for $1700 vs the normal price of $2200+. I wanted to go with a 6" lift but that only came with new rear leaf springs, so the minimum price on the 6" and bigger was a HUGE jump in price. I purchased it and around a week later I got it, installed it, and put on the 37s on 17s I got for it. It changed the truck entirely! I gained a significant amount of ground clearance so we can overland the same places these 4runners and jeep wranglers go! We still have a lot more to do before the truck is overland ready but it is a lot closer than it was!
