Its so disappointing that new pokemon are locked behind research or raids, what happened to new debuts spawning in the wild, its basically impossible to get pvp ivs without trading with low friendship levels which we hardly have

If I were to change something in PoGo, my first bullet point would be to remove the minimum IV floors in reward encounters (and change weather boost to only boost the level, not IVs). A simple step to resolve this issue. There are already enough ways to get IV boosts like eggs, raids, trading
