HOW? HOW? How is it that you never pull up a ton of eel grass? 🤣🤣 Thanks Sensei I'm gonna try this today! Another great instructional video!

Yeah, when fishing eel grass area, i also get annoyed by it.. Trying lighter and small weight, I somehow manage it. Thank you for the comment!

Thank you so much for this and your other videos. It is very difficult to find information about ultralight saltwater fishing techniques in the US. Anglers here are generally of the bigger is better mindset. Do you do any shore slow jigging? Seems to be very popular in Japan and some similarity to bottom wind.
@AnglerWaki3 жыл бұрын
When I get a slow falling metal jig, I would try it! I wish California has more game fish like it is in Japan...
@RonMTube3 жыл бұрын
@@AnglerWaki didn't realize there aren't many game fish in CA. I don't fish salt much but here in NJ people target striped bass, bluefish, false albacore, etc.

Do extra long casts with the 10 gram affect it’s action angler waki ? I am always trying to learn as I’m a newer angler
@AnglerWaki4 жыл бұрын
We can use 7g, 10g, 14g. When I'm using heavier tackles, deeper area, and strong current, 10g can be a choice. But when it comes to "Finesse" light tackle technique, it's always better to use the lightest weight that can catch the bottom.
