I have this kit on a used cart that I bought. The turn signal is out on one side. However, my kit was not installed using the four screws that you show in the video. Your front assembly has four holes for the screws, but mine doesn't even have these holes. I guess it was just popped in and some expansion springs hold it in place? Any thoughts? I don't want to pull in it, and break something. Thanks.

I installed these lights on my Yamaha Drive and am experiencing a fuse blow every time I turn them on. There are no shorts but the switch was disconnected by a friend and the wiring back to the switch he could not remember. It is marked supply, earth and load. As I am not really a technician I am unsure as to where the connectors should go for the switch. If you can tell me perhaps it will fix the issue...thanks in advance.

I'd love it if some one could do a video to show how to change a turn signal light bulb in one of these front light units factory installed. There is nothing at all on you tube. Other than that you are a craftsman!

Why are there 3 wires on the harness to the taillights. Shouldn't it just be a positive and a negative? It appears there are 24 volts running to the taillights

How do you wire to the ignition switch so it will turn off lights when key is removed????

For gas carts you attach the red power wire to the switched leg of the key switch. For electric carts you will need a switched 48v -12v converter

Your battery will get unbalanced and not charge properly.

Yes. A reducer should be used.

If you are lucky the template will be correct and you won’t end up ruining your cowl.
