Light Power & Coal Train At Ashton Illinois

Ashton Illinois is on the UPRR Main Line that travels between Chicago and Omaha. Ashton is not too far west of Rochelle, and that is where (I think) the light power originated from? The coal train was traveling east and it is one of Wisconsin Power's dedicated trains.
