Lookin good - laser level flat. I'm 60 miles north of you. Just did a neighborhood drive thru to check out the competition. Everyone got hit hard with moss this year, so I got the Sun Joe 15" last month, scarified in two directions, and applied Moss Out. Anyway, I'm seeing homes with so much moss they look radioactive - I swear that yellow-green crap glows in the dark. And then I can spot the Chem-Lawn folks - their lawns develop a lighter green, almost fluorescent, appearance around the borders. As for me - 100% organic fertilizer. I love the smell of Milorganite in the morning! My lawn doesn't green up overnight, but when it does, it lasts. Anyway, enjoy your videos - they motivate me to get out there and keep workin it.

Hey brotha! You can try ammonium sulfate to kickstart growth a 21-0-0 as long as the 1st number (nitrogen) is high it will promote growth and fast. If the thin areas are not producing you might want to do a quick overseed 😊🙏🏾🤙🏾🔥

The spreaders with an opening like _____ are not good on fine product 150 sgm and fine sand. The Earthway with the three OOO openings let you refine the spread although it takes longer.

I think this top dressing method is great for making a smoother lawn, filling smaller divots. I do this with a Profile Ceramic and Sand mixture. Seems to really work for me.

Been backlapping and breaking down units for 26 years on pga championship golf courses. When u replace ur bed knife there’s a way to install a new one so u dnt warp against the cone of the cutting unit. R and r products has a backlapping machine.
