Amazing presentation! Our small team has embraced USD, and so far, it's been a dream. Since we didn't have any specialized tools, we sort of started from scratch. Since Solaris is basically SOPs for USD, the workflow for making tools and sharing assets couldn't have been more straightforward. There have certainly been headaches, but those quickly vanish when we think about how the process would have been without having Solaris or USD.

Very useful stuff, thank you, but I must say - the choice to use looping GIFs was a terrible idea. It's so jarring to see an animation play out on screen that doesn't correspond directly to what is being spoken, particularly for complex topics like these, with busy text-heavy UIs. It took repeated viewings of those segments to then piece together the correlations between speech and visual - not fun. A video with a scrubbable playbar would have been significantly better - so that the presenter could position the playhead exactly where they wanted. Thank you again, though - very critical info in here.
