Ol' mate has some pretty good trigger discipline.

So I bought this and when I plug in the lights they are all dead they don't light up, so I try using this tool but the problem is, it wont make no beeping noise at all. I try making a few clicks and nothing. I tried it on some working lights to test it and it still wont making beeping noise. Is the light keeper pro defected? Not sure what to do, exchange it or buy new lights.
