@@Koox0018 I close my eyes and breathe deeply through my nose, hold for a few seconds and then exhale through my mouth. I’m not sure I can explain how I channel the energy, but it’s sometimes warm, or cold, pulses, waves, or vibration. This particular video, I had a feeling of pressure lifting off my chest. Does that make sense?

This was beautiful. I checked Phone while I'm at the lake doing sound healing and clearing sacral chakra with 417hz checked phone and there you were. I went through the entire thing with you I picked up my golden healers stone and also black tourmaline and was rubbing them in my palms. This was powerful and perfect timing. I have been stomping and dancing for two weeks now!! I recently learned about the Hakka dance and it touched my soul so deeply that I started sobbing and intuitively started to do after watching it. Also, Spirit has been playing Shakira on Apple radio every single morning when I’m in the shower. Again, intuitively, I create the Infinity symbol with my hips while dancing. this was such an incredible experience it felt very pleasing to my inner most consciousness thankyou very much for giving this healing. I admit I had been used to being the 'smartest in the room' and the fact that I had tried the methods he used as well just hit my self esteem much more.
