Good build for everything except archespores 😁. Igni makes them relocate which cleanses the burning and the initial hit does almost no damage. If there are more than 1, on death march you die before you even kill one if you don't use golden oriole. With the forgotten wolven set, not only you pin them with yrden(use alternate cast) but you also force them to appear close to you and clear the field of all spores with the charged aard. I change between these 2 sets depending on the situation: forgotten wolven for spiders, plants and ghosts; griffin for the rest. I use a mix build that requires only to change the mutation (piercing cold to conductors of magic) and replace one red skill with igni damage. Also, the aard piercing cold insta kill is very satisfying, when slo mo occurs, archespores come to the surface and just disintegrate 😍

If you are still playing, consider replacing Griffin School Techniques "Generic" with a Sign. I am playing this with that change, and see not difference in stamina. Mostly this is likely due to the free casting the armor gives. But I do notice I am doing more damage with that change.

So I've seen comments about this build before mentioning that igni won't be that effective against bosses and monster later in the dlc parts. I'm currently rocking the henry build with yrden and aard, but this build looks way more interesting and fun. Can this build hold up with all parts of the game?

9000 carry weight is insane! I’m struggling to have 90 carry weight and that’s with a saddle adding 20. This build looks sick, I’m about level 23 and I love igni, it’s usually my main sign I run round with and I switch back and forth. I really want to get to level 100 now and try something like this build
