if we set the isExposed = false; what would be its implications? In my case I am using LMS in a managed org. In security review they have marked the LMS as Access Control Violation Vulnerability. How steps should I take to fix it?

@forcefellow when ever a LWC is created in VS Code i recently see _tests_ is also getting created & componentname.test.js is also getting created. What's the use of them?
