To start off with, this was probably not the wisest thing to do, especially for a newer truck. However, I'd be lying if I said I wouldn't do it again.
These past couple weeks I've been on a road trip and the Chicago area was my list of places to stop at. When I came in 2022 there was still some trucks I hadn't filmed. Since I didn't get a lot of Groot the first time, I wanted to try to find one of their LE and LEU Curottos. Well the first truck I found was this LR...in the middle of a thunderstorm. I figured why not get a short video. I tried to edit it to where the storm intensifies and in my opinion the best lightning shot is at about 5:10. While normally I hold on to footage for a while, this is one I particually wanted to post right away. There is plenty more from this trip to come in the future. Sorry about the water droplets on the lens but that was kinda inevitable at some points. Huge thank you for the driver for letting me grab some footage and a huge shoutout for these guys working in these crazy storms. Hope you al enjoy!
