All that is needed A Preacher must preach JESUS CHRIST and have those around him holding him accountable to the preaching of Jesus Christ

“Him we preach, warning every man and teaching every man in all wisdom, that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus. To this end I labor, striving according to His working which works in me mightily” (Colossians 1:28,29).

"A dog barks when his master is attacked. I would be a coward if I saw that God's truth is attacked and yet would remain silent." -- Jehan Cauvin (John Calvin) "Doth not all nature around me praise God? If I were silent, I should be an exception to the universe. Doth not the thunder praise Him as it rolls like drums in the march of the God of armies? Do not the mountains praise Him when the woods upon their summits wave in adoration? Doth not the lightning write His name in letters of fire? Hath not the whole earth a voice? And shall I, can I, silent be?" - Charles Spurgeon

Are pastors told in the seminary-Baptist and otherwise, not to bring up anything controversial? Seems that way
