Best pack reviewer on YT. Always passionate about the gear, researches and nerds-out about all the details that enthusiasts care about, and actually critiques the pack, so it doesn’t feel like you’re watching an advert, like on some of those bigger channels. One of the best pack resources available. Never stop, George.

got lotta small bags and pouches from Lii Gear. Great Quality. Their workshop is in Beijing where I live. They do customization so I just tell them my idea they can make it work.

It's pronounced Lii(Lee)Gear, the same people of Nitecore BP18 pack. I'm digging the rustic look of the pack, but $265 ducketts is hovering in Hidden Woodsman rucksack territory. Another awesome review as usual. One.

I'm a ruck/bushcraft type of guy. I dig the Frostriver, waxed canvas and wool items. That being said this is decent product, but will be lost in the sea of amazing quality, vintage products. I'm actually more interested in the amazing markings on his German Shorthair. What a neat looking dog.

Well, as for the shoulder straps, that's the part that I'm not satisfy about, too. The way I solve it is just remove the straps, replace them with standard USGI ALICE rucksack shoulder straps, yes, it's just work, and I use it that way, too. Try to remove the shoulder straps, include the buckle male side, leaves only the lower straps that sewn on the pack body. Then get a ALICE shoulder strap, remove its lower strap (but keep the whole quick release buckle) and replace its lower strap with the one remains on the pack, and it's done.

Another good review. Thanks George. I am continually surprised by the lack of a robust grab handle on the top of most bags. It seems everytime I reach for mine, I am lifting by the top handle. Especially for these large capacity bags.

As always, awesome review of a really cool pack! reminds me of my old beloved alice ruck. The website indicates you might be able to lengthen the should straps. "The strap can be adjusted for different heights". not sure what they mean exactly but they have photo of shoulder straps lengthened out of pack panel???

The company is charging $260 for a 30L pack? Cmon now you can get plates, A carrier, ammo of your choice, Freeze dried foods, a small solar generator and other preps for that price. Separately of course. You can go to the store and do a small prepping haul for $260. Especially during these times. What were the makers of this backpack thinking?

I gotta say that is a nice looking pack, but waaaayyyy overpriced imho. Only 30 liters of capacity and nothing ground breaking in terms of features and design.
