When your kids change schools, they will be sad to be separated from their old classmates, but hopefully they will make many new friends quickly at their new school!

I have changed schools every 6 months for all 13 years of my life. I don’t live in Japan, but it’s honestly kind of depressing tbh. I can never make any friends .-. It might be easier for others though, I have really bad social anxiety so I only have had 1 friend in my life but they live In another country then me.

@@FaysLife ya every 6 months is way to much. makes ya feel like whats point in making friends when we will switch in few months anyways. thats terrible. u might as well just do homeschool at that point. it make it easier i bet no need to switch things. why your parents make u switch so much?

@@Quila1125 Yeah, it’s probably overwhelming. As a kid I was forced to move schools a lot by my mom and I developed a lot of problems from it, even now I still deal with those problems and it’s been years since I attended school. I get it but being in the kids positions, which I was like I said, it’s alot to deal with.

We just found your channel and I am loving it! Thank you for sharing💖 I’ve always wanted to visit Japan. I am half japanese but my mom had always said no need to go there no one left in our family to visit. She was from Sasebo. Ended up marrying a GI and came to the states in 1958. My dad passed 1983, she just passed in Sept 2022. She was 93 just short 20 days of her 94th birthday. My heart is for the lost. To share the good news of Jesus. I would love to be a missionary there💖Thank you for sharing Gods love💖

I hope the kids enjoy going to their new schools. It will be a new adventure for them. I don't envy the unpacking. It is satisfying though, getting all the boxes empty and things put away and organized. Bikes in Japan are SO nice and convenient! I'm not a fan of most bikes here in the US. They're too tall for me. I rented a bike when I was in Japan though, and they were much easier.

Omg the song at the end sounded so beautiful! Can’t wait to see the next episode. I have to admit, despite watching as long as I have, I never really looked into PAZ. I learned that the Japan division has put into place or at least popularized the suicide hotline there. Thank you so, so much for being apart of that. In Japan is it required to change schools if you move out of the enrolment area? Or did you just move too far away to commute? I had to move a few times as a kid in primary school and except when we moved countries, most of the moves were within the same town so even though I was closer to other schools, I could still go to the same school with my friends because it was only a 10 minute drive.

In public school, we have a school area, and if you move out of it, you have to go to a school in that school area. (It’s to ensure kids don’t have to move too far for safety, as in Japan kids are expected to commute without parents) But a kid in my elementary school stayed in my school even after moving out of the school area, so I guess it depends? Im not too sure

When I was in 4th grade I moved to a different town but I didn't want to change school so my parents drove me to school every morning and I took the bus home from school. so it isnt required but I guess most kids just change to a closer school cuz its easier to commute.

The new place is looking good! I’m wondering if the mesh around the buildings is permanent or are they just painting or repairing something? I’ve never seen that before. Hopefully the kids enjoy their new schools just as much as old ones ☺️
