I’d say colonial specialty knows how to make amazing quality chocolate, while you Mexicans that have the resource in the first place couldn’t think of making chocolates until the Europeans came. Sorry, as a southeast asian man from Malaysia, give me all that “colonial” chocolates of Europe 😋
