Hi Andrew. Perhaps it is a nice idea to place Portuguese tiles against the end sides of the steps to the roof terrace. It immediately will give a nice view of the stairs.

Andrew, we had two dogs, a cat, a turtle, a chipmunk, a rabbit, two goldfish, two lizards, and a horse. My sister and I ranked somewhere after the dogs, cat and horse and before the fish, lizards and chipmunk..now that I think about, after the chipmunk. You are not alone in your relationship with your dogs. They're family. Period! What a clever way to anchor the roof panels. Those won't be blowing away in a stiff wind!

You certainly take good care for the dogs. I noticed when you gave them food Will was eating out of a plastic bowl. Perhaps you don't know this Andy but every meal he will get some micro-plastics inside his body. I changed the bowl of my dog into a metal one. If you can't find a metal one you can also buy him a stone bowl. You did a good job on the rooftop and after rendering all of the walls you dont even notice those few millimeters.

I love the way you care about your dogs. The cut-brick idea is great to finish the walls and roof edges. But is that room your office, or another bedroom?
