It's a fanfic, actually. I'm pretty late, but here you go: Draxum is a lot more sinister and hasn't given up on the whole "mutant soldiers made to exterminate humans" concept. Leo gets ambushed and kidnapped by him. Draxum noticed got the neck piece Donnie made that one time for Leo to slightly shock him when he joked during fights from Meat Sweats(since it was left behind in the fight in the episode). He modified it to give debilitatingly painful, high current shocks when Leo disobeys an order from Draxum. He's not a good enough soldier for Draxum's standards, so Drax makes a deal with Big Mama: she gets a fighter for the Battle Nexus with the promise that he'll become the new champion after which he'll take him back as he'll be better at combat by then. He spends weeks first in the Nexus, then with Draxum. His brothers search for him the whole time, and manage to rescue him. But he is not the same, affected heavily by the pain, the killing, the being treated as a weapon and not a person. This animatic takes place after his first fight in the Nexus. You'll notice that when he starts crying he puts a hand over his mouth. That's because he'll get shocked if he vocalizes anything at all. TL;DR Draxum kidnaps Leo and tortures him into becoming a silent and obedient weapon using a shock collar and a lot of trauma. The trauma sticks.
