Thank you for this video. When I change behavior to do not lay out and route around AND move the shape around, the connector is connecting to my third shape. I am wondering why. Thank you.

Question: Is it possible to add a small icon/shape to a line between two bigger shapes and make it stick to the line so the small icon stays on the line when the bigger shapes are moved?

In my Visio the all the settings in Behavior -> Placement are greyed out and at "Do not lay out and route around" - why? How do I enable the dialog?
