My wife and I just found this channel today. We don’t normally make comments on KZbin channels. However, it is great to see you all doing exactly what Christ has called you to do.We currently own a class A -1987 35’ Fleetwood Limited 35mb. Think 80s brown. We call it “Kuzn Edy” in honor of Christmas Vacation. The kids have had so much fun in Kuzn Edy and we get many laughs and some photos- especially at the dump station. Lololololol Our plan is to upgrade to a newer year to something we can trust on longer trips. We hope to see you all on the road soon. If you get up to Omaha, NE... let us know. I have family in both TN/KY and we love to visit there. About 20-25 of my female cousins go to the Smoky Mtns every May for 5 days and have a blast! PS: Keep Carolyn from Carolyn's RV Life in your prayers. She lost her dog Capone 13 months ago and had the courage to adopt another puppy just recently and it unfortunately passed away from a severe nerve disorder and he wasn't even a year old. It was so sad! I feel terrible for her.

Loftis Hippy Bus LOL. While traveling in our second year we went out west. We both thought that Glacier was spectacular. My lovely dear departed wife, suggested that we could slow down because we had "seen it all". Our next National Park was Yosemite. I had gone into the park once while she rested some. The next day I told her you have to go into the park. So off we set. The first turnout her jaw dropped and she just kept saying WOW WOW WOW. We toured all over Yosemite. Glacier still our favorite, but Yosemite has so much to see. I have to TOGO. Go to Amazon and read my answers to questions on that.

My wife about had it our first year of RVing when I thought we should spend months in the desert to save money! We avoid the desert except for short stays now and we’re both much happier;)

Question #1: (LOL) Your motorhome has a fine paint job! Besides, you're not living outside of it, your inside is way better! Question #2: Something you didn't expect about RV'ing? I would have to say the same thing, I thought we'd be doing more camping stuff, it was far NOT that! Question #3: Deciding factor for our RV? We found a Coachmen Catalina with two actual bedrooms and with 4 adults, that worked. Question #4: THE SLOW COOKER! Question #5: Must See RV destination for us would be going back to my home state of Washington, but I'll say Alaska for sure! If you're ever in Mississippi, go to Bay St. Louis, $35 a night for beach camping Question #6: Favorite thing about RV'ing is the ability to pack up and move on when you're sick of your location! It's easy! Moving is so painful from a house. Question #7: Least favorite thing about RV'ing, lack of privacy, the tanks is a painful job but I had a system for that! Question #8: What is a must have on an RV? Better awnings cause we lost ours once and we didn't have auto leveling, wish we had that. Question #9: What is your favorite adult beverage? Since alcohol is a problem for me, coffee but it used to be whiskey Question #10: Favorite Indoor RV accessory? Hmm...I don't think we really had one that was added but we did have a BBQ oven that you put on top of a BBQ grill and you could cook anything in it.

If you guys ever come by south Texas again, try exploring San Antonio, Fredricksburg area! And, if you're going through I-10, please stop at the San Solomon Springs at Balmorhea State Park south of I-10 off of 17! We’ve done that California to Missouri trip more than once with our kids in a rush like you did, but without the comforts of staying in our “home”. Do your kids still sleep when rolling that much or are they used to traveling so much that they still only sleep when night falls? We are very much enjoying your show still and glad to see your travels continue to be full of safe but wild adventures.

The only way to paint handles and knobs in a RV is to powder coat them. I had "white lightning" before. Man that burned going in and coming out.

Yes we learned our lesson on those handles. I had straight White Lighting once too and boy howdy was it stout 😬.. this place in Tennessee was less explosive 😆 and had flavored moonshine. Thanks for watching

Let us know how the TOGO works for you guys. We bought one and we are not impressed. I have had mine for two months on top of our Bighorn 5th wheel. The following speed tests were in areas with decent ATT signal on iOS devices. It doesn't seem to have any more signal strength then the iPhone. The up speeds at all locations was >20. Mooresville, NC 2-9↓ - iPhone 35-60↓ Davidson, NC 2-5↓ - iPhone 50-80↓ (Netflix would occasionally freeze) Denver, NC 6-10↓- iPhone 70-100↓ Monroe, NC 5-7↓ - iPhone 18-30↓ Rondathe, NC 8-11↓ - iPhone 150-180↓, not a typo. Over the last two months we have used 145 GB. It does great a streaming everything on Apple TV. While in Davidson, and on a rare occasion in Mooresville and Monroe, we could not surf the web on another device while streaming on the Apple TV. The wi-fi function has not proved to be useful. It typically doesn't get any better signal than tethering to an iPhone. It would not connect to free wi-fi in Rondathe and Mooresville while the iPhone did. If you are in ATT areas most of the time and just want to surf or stream shows it's a good choice. I like that all my devices connect to the same SSID not matter where I go. Turn it on and everything connects nicely.

No he is still nursing but it’s more of a comfort thing than a necessity at this point. When I’m absent he does fine and forgets about it.
