It shows how they weren't in communication with Pac when he was locked up. How much distrust would Pac have for Big, that he would believe Big was taunting him. Majesty hinted at this in his interview but Pac already had negative opinions about Big before Quad. If that's your friend, the first thing you going to do reach out to them personally and find out where his mind is at. Big never provided that opportunity so Pac believed what he believed. Had Big reached out to Pac, he would've known how he felt about the situation and responded accordingly.

I just watched the Dead Presidents video. It was not Big that said Who Shot Ya. It was not his voice and his lips was not moving enough to where he could even say those words, when the words who shot Ya was said. Lil cease was right. Go watch the vid again.
