I'm 22. My game is at electronic music, and my library goes to 1992 with Aphex Twin's Selected Ambient Works. In the rap... I listen to things that might challenge my musical tastes. Lil Dicky, Kdot, Gambino, Immortal Technique, and Tech N9ne are my preferred rappers. Other than that... I'm all about the instrumental side of things, complex musical production in rap tends to be something rare and unusual, and I like that.

your guys' channel is great keep up the amazing content! George to answer your question, any song that hits a certain spot in my brain that makes me want to play it over again is music worth listening to. an example is in the movie Watchmen, Zack Snyder uses a Bob Dylan song from the 40s i think and i love that song, along with most genres even (except screamo, death metal and the likes of them), but i love old school rap and some new age rap that im opening up to tl;dr if it's good music from the year 1425, bet it's going on my ipod nano

Eminem was dorky too ! He started as a LD as far as I remember with Slim Shady persona. :)
@TheComicBookJoker6 жыл бұрын
Maya Bee The Slim Shady persona rapped about murdering his wife (‘Kim’) and having his toddler daughter help get rid of the body (Bonnie and Clyde ‘97). It may have been written in a funny manner, but Eminem always played that character completely straight (in theater terms, ‘playing it straight’ means treating a character as seriously as possible). Comparing Eminem to Lil’ Dicky is like comparing the original ‘The Longest Yard’ to the remake. The original is a drama with some damn funny parts, and the remake is a comedy with some incredibly serious parts. They’re both good movies, and they tell the same story, but they do so in fundamentally different ways.

Huge fan guys, you're videos bring a great perspective to this music and I truly admire what you've done with this channel. I think it hits home for me cause I'm 23 but my personal playlists includes things like Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin to Johnny Cash and Waylon Jennings to Nirvana and Soundgarden to Run DMC to Logic to J Cole to Childish Gambino to Ice Cube and Eminem and Notorious BIG to Tupac and Snoop and I get into some newer alternative shit like Alt J but I like 70s and 80s rock and metal so I love Metallica and Megadeth and Iron Maiden but I like the Cars and the Eagles and Aerosmith and Bad Company and ACDC. I can't really sum it up in a single post to be honest. That was already such a run on sentence but your channel really speaks to me guys. It's right up my alley because all of my life I've been listening to anything and everything and at least giving it a chance. I'm not saying I like every song I hear, just like you guys are proving in these videos, but I think it's so important to be openminded to different genres and styles of music from all different times. There's so much greatness to be found if we're only willing to open ourselves up to it. Thanks for making videos guys, it's been great to follow and experience you guys genuinely reacting to music for what it is.

I listen to any type of music I can find, as a kid my parents exposed me to everything from classical, classic rock and country to jazz, blues, and big band. Im also a huge fan of Motown and I grew up in Houston so I love rap from newer styles to the classics. this is why i love watching your videos because you cover alit bit of everything..... To properly answer your question though I listen to anything as far back as I guess Johann Sebastian Bach

I am 22. My mom was a music teacher before she retired so I listen to music from 300 years ago to today. But my favorite is 60s and 70s classic rock.
