it's the mother's eyes and reaction to him saying that at least Dre can reach out to say hi....you slept on her couch while she went out to work etc and most likely cooked when she came home so that her kids could eat. to me she is the main focus of this because my mom did the same thing for any person we called our friends! god bless her heart and I pray she could at least get to speak with them and converse about those times.
