@Chug Hawkins i''m 31 and i was born oct 3rd 1990, he was born january 1 1993..so he'll be 30 in 8 months, and no you aren't an OG at 30. at this point, you can say you were 20 ten years ago, and you no longer can relate to kids in their 20s anymore because they seem like kids..but it's always a 40 year old who can say they were 20 twenty years ago. I'd say you're an OG when you turn 40..then you can go back an entire generation, which is 20 years...20 years ago, I was 11 and black people didn't have the internet..dial-up was still used and DSL, cable internet didn't pop off till 2002 . Only 1 person in your neighborhood might have had a PC but nobody knew how to use them. AOL chatrooms/IMs were popular..and no social media--just forums or community boards for whatever your interest was. People communicated to the world through that way instead of KZbin. Facebook came out in 04..and people went to mulltiple websites, not just social media. No wikipedia either. Dragonball z was popular and pokemon. 10 years ago, not so much was different...it takes 10 years for a trend to develop and go full steam, and 20 years for that to be considered "old", that's the way the universe works
