CLARIFICATION: Experimental Overload *won't* become plotted with Lilah because it gets exiled as part of its effect, not going to graveyard, which is what Lilah mentions in her ability.

So if you can afford it, painter's servant choosing a color that isn't in your deck will let pretty much everything be plotted. Izzet also have fantastic tutors and recursion for it.

If you look up the first ruling for lilah in her gatherer page, wouldnt experimental overload not become plotted since it gets exiled first before lilah can plot it?
