(from the mod's description): The character is based of the streamer, ParikuYumi, but stands as its own character within Isaac. Lore wise, Pariku is the daughter of Lilith, and has deep control over souls. The more souls she controls, the stronger she becomes. In game, the more soul hearts you have, the stronger the character is. Losing these hearts, however, will make the stat buffs revert

Personally, though I don't play too much TBOI myself, I tend to enjoy very modded experiences in the games I do play, since mods have the freedom to be bold, broken (in both ways), and otherwise do what the main developers can't. However, I can see how very slightly modded experiences can show off what a mod does have much more appropriately, without the risk of being beaten down by dozens of other mods. So yeah, I guess use them interchangeably?

And aside from that, maybe you could upload videos like every two weeks or so, so you won't have to work very hard, and at the same time we would at least know that you are alive.
