@@maybrittrnningen580 Haven’t been there in summer time but I will sure do. It is BEAUTIFUL in winter. Not fun for the locals (maybe) but lovely for turists. I am sure that in the summer there are many possibilities to spend a vacation there.

Winter Wonderland you say .. well, it's half a year of darkness and chill, constant snow shoveling, stove heating and icy roads .. that's the time when you almost forget that sun and warmth exist and you're tired of feeling how your fingers hurt from freezing. I personally hate this white, cold death of nature which we call winter .. there are no wonders in it .. wonders start when the spring finally comes .. the time when everything comes to life again. Well, everything is relative. 😊 For you, as a local, winter isn’t probably something you look forward to. For me, as a tourist, first time in Lillehammer, it relly was a winter wonderland. I have to come back in summer so I can also discover the beaty of Lillehammer when the sun is shining. I had a good time in Lillehammer although the way back home, on heavy snow wasn’t fun.
