And really if you start to analyse the problems we are all facing as Canadians and when they started to have a detrimental impact, it was precisely because of the immigration issue. The current level of immigration cannot be sustained by the current levels of infrastructure and things will only get worse. One of the major problems with our system of public policy, is that there is ZERO incentive to reverse decisions once made, even if they turn out to have bad results. There's more harm in admitting you made a bad call it would seem, than anything that could possibly occur if the policy is left in place. Just go to Brampton. Unscrupulous landlords are housing dozens of people in a single homes. The landlords love it. Taking advantage of their own ex pats. 20-30 people in 1 house. It's like they are bringing the bad old standards of the country they are coming from here. And not surprisingly, crime is now flourishing in Brampton as well. Canadians just need to wake up and be pragmatic about the system. It takes a long time for these people to adjust, move forward, and integrate. And yes we want them to integrate. We've developed an incredible country and culture and we should be proud of that. And people coming here should respect this. My grandfather did. He hated the bad old tribalism he left back in the old country. I do see tons of hard working guys delivering food in downtown Toronto doing their damn best to be good citizens but the infrastructure just isn't there for them. I hope these people and their families get a chance to flourish here but I'm afraid they will give up.

A study a few years ago ranked Canada's healthcare as #10, and the US as #11. So there are 9 other countries that have better healthcare than Canada, why not compare to those as an example?
