I must say, I actually use your technique where i tell myself what i am going to do before I actually do it. Me being the easily stressed out person I have honestly found that this really works!! I am so much more in control and I really do achieve what I want to. Seriously without watching how you conquer your obstacles Lilly I wouldn't have known this method! I am an anxious person who takes public transportation which means I always know exactly what time I will get to a place because I have already obsessively calculated my trip and have been checking the time. When I say I will be there in 43 minutes it means I'm gonna be there in 43 minutes. I would rather be realistic about the time frame I give because then the other person knows, ok it's gonna be 40 minutes, I have time to get a sandwich or take a nap instead of doing nothing but waiting for 40 minutes and only getting more and more annoyed that I said 10 minutes 30 minutes ago.

As far as what you asked in regards to giving someone a waiting time, I typically try to give the best and most honest estimation possible. On the other hand, if I have no clue as to how long I may take with something, I'll just say "it'll be awhile." Usually, it really depends on the situation. That resort you're staying at looks amazing, though. And you're all turning up already, you know it's going to be a good week out in Mexico, haha. Glad you made it safe, Lilly; I love you.
