My favorite tip how do you keep saying that it shouldn’t be a struggle you should make it fun. I also like the tip. Where are you changed what you ate every day into something that fit better for you and you gave yourself a time. From the coffee to the element drink

For now, i am focusing on consistency until Christmas, then New Years, etc until my birthday. Because I understand that I personally get hung up on numbers on the scale. Those numbers don't matter, consistency does to me right now

You have really inspired me. On April 12th I had a sad and eye opening doctors appointment. I'm 60lbs overweight and my blood pressure is through the roof. I had success on keto years ago so I'm back! I just don't feel good. I'm 60 years old and it seems like the weight doesn't come off easy. I am committed and I really want to feel better. Thanks for this video!

I love fruit so the keto is just not for me long term, I can fit a few servings in to a LOWER carb diet so I do that, some times I dip into Keto for a few days but mostly I’m doing the reduced carb. I just don’t stress about it. One thing I have learned is I have to be careful to keep my carbs at dinner because even clean carbs can trigger me for the rest of the day so I enjoy them with dinner and then close my eat window I stay on track.

I agree, we are all different. I am a sweet-aholic. I would make all the keto bombs, but I couldn't get them out of my mind once I tasted the sweet. I also stopped making my favorite keto bread because I had no control. I know what my triggers are, so I limit or avoid them while I am focusing on losing. Also, my favorite drink is a clove, ginger, cinnamon, tea with fresh lemon and stevia and electrolytes. Mindset is everything 💯 I'm grateful for you and your motivation, Kat.❤❤❤

I love how you said you "know what your triggers are". That's such a wonderful way to explain it. Once we know for ourselves what triggers us to go off-plan then we can avoid those foods and situations. LOVE THAT! That drink sounds amazing! I am a cinnamon tea lover! I lost 27 kgs in just over 5 months and at my target weight which I'm just maintaining now. Not easy maintaining weight, but I take it day by day and it's working! I treat myself once a week with a full chocolate slab and it works for me not feeling deprived. I'm very disciplined and only eat OMAD (One meal a day). I mainly eat protein (beef, chicken, bacon, butter and eggs) and have limited carbs.

Do you have a video that shows everything you did to loose weight? You've done it three times? Wow, congrats!! I'm so lost. I don't eat too much, I think I undereat n it messed up my motabolism. I tried that electrolyte drink and it was way too salty. Maybe I didn't have enough water in it. But I'm a mom of four and I feel exhausted 24/7. Which makes it harder to feel up to exercising consistently. I have lost like 35 pounds since my last child which I had a little over a year ago. I still have another 25 pounds to loose but it's getting more difficult bc it's a slow slow process. Idk what to do at this point. Ugh. I definitely agree with the change of mindset. I struggle with bipolar disorder and add and when I go into a time of depression, it's vitally important to have an attitude of gratitude. Thanks for helping me to shift my mindset so far. I appreciate it!

Its amazing as hot chocolate just add hot water! Or you can add it into a smoothie! OR I've also done cold water and it tastes like chocolate milk! I've done all three and each one is SO GOOD!

Can you add more water? They can be as diluted as you need....

Personally, I love the flavor! Unfortunately, the point of electrolytes is the salt but you can always dilute in more water like Jenni commented or you can mix it with something else besides water to mute the flavor more or add it into a smoothie if you still want the benefits.

I drink 1/2 packet per 32 oz. It dilutes it a bit and doesn't taste so strong.
