I imagined the first character living in a sort of wall-e post apocalyptic world where the adults were evacuated to a new planet after the world was unsaveable (in the 2000s) so all that remained was empty malls, play places, and liminal spaces. I love the design

A suggestion for the next theme should be high school lunch table cliques! I feel like this would be a fun one for you to be able to cram as many little details into a character!

I very much feel the need to tell you about this early 2000s tv show out of NZ called The Tribe. It’s about a virus wiping out adults and the surviving kids live in tribes, the main ones in a mall, calling themselves Mallrats. They all have outfits that are upcycled/handmade looking stuff paired with colourful punk/Māori looking hair and makeup. I was obsessed with the styling as a teen. Fair warning: the acting, plot and general production value is LOW, even for the era but the outfits are fun!

A suggestion for the next theme that I have would be underwater mythical life. Anything from the classic mermaids to the more sadistic sirens, from nymphs to human like versions of amphibians/fish.

The setting and time capsule aspects for the first character were such fun concepts! You not only created amazing characters but also basically four short stories...I'm really impressed.

When you were describing your post apocalyptic series setting in a mall...I was reminded of a tv-series called "The Tribe" (New Zealand, 1999-2003). It has young people trying to survive after adults have been killed by a mysterious virus and one of the main sets in the series...is a mall 😊

I love how true that post-apocalyptic au description was in the intro! I adored the first character - maybe Kelsey for a name? Idk, the letter'K' sticks out for her to me for some reason. Also the story for character 2 was so creepy/good! I also just loved how you drew the eyes on the third character? They looked so nicely done.

O'Hare Air vibe for Character #3. It would be interesting that the air was toxic, but has healed over time and this corporate scheme has been placed to convince these people that the air is toxic still. Would love to see the story be fleshed out and maybe see like these characters interact with each other

the third one really reminds me of this movie RePo man the genetic opera, it has that rich people get whatever and the poor suffer with the genetic remodeling and plastic surgery stuff (also with the changing faces vibe)

the fourth one is definitely my favourite - i really enjoy her story, and i think it would work so cool as a mystery that slowly unravels… also it being set in the 1920s - 1960s would be so cool

I don't know if you're into video games, but the way you describe your Andre inspired character reminds me of these BioShock characters called Splicers. They began as a ruling class but descended into botox-obsessed maniacs.

It’s very cool to imagine that all stories are conected but like if this was a tv show we would see all of them thinking they aren’t connected but in the end we discover it’s all the same universe. I like to imagine that the kids in the mall are all isolated because of the alíen invasion that happens because of the cult and because of that nature would go down and some people too survive the humans would have to use masks to blend in and have alot of tecnology like the guy but his one of the ones that think in a diferent way and starts a rebelion when he discovers that are still kids in the planet which he tought were all dead finally the girl was too attacked by the aliens because she didin’t knew much of what happened because of the crash but then she is the one that because she ended in the right place at the right time she uncovers the mysters of the cult that are much darkers then anybody could imagine. This vídeo was amazing 🙌🏻

I love the concept characters more just for the story that you told about them, it triggered the writer in me, like I wanted to write an apocalypse story. The next one should be John hugh movies, vampires or Covid19

theme- candy land, 1960s space girls, product characters(a character based on a popular product like chef boyardee, cheetos, m&m's , or a snack like popcorn) the seasons, the weather, crystal girls- like sailor moon but with crystals.

Arabian is used more for the geographical location. Arab refers to the ethnicity! just fyi!! adored the video

no problemo! I know a lot of people sometimes forget just cause there's three variations of the word with Arab in it. Either way, I enjoyed the video and it was still a great design in the end! cant wait for the next vid

Me: well, it's good to be the exception! 😜 But seriously, I have a deep dislike, practically a hatred for p-a as a genre. I wish the trend would die already so there'd be interesting books, shows and video games again. 😂😅
