2. frog push up burpee
3. squat to toe tap and 3 squat jacks
4. side lunge to knee up R
5. side lunge to knee up L
6. table top pose 3 kick out and stretch to taps
7. incline push up and box jump
8. 4 high knees (2=1) and 4 mtn climbers
9. squat and squat jump
10. kickstand sqaut and hinge like good morning pose R
11. kickstand sqaut and hinge like good morning pose L
12. push up and plank knee tuck
