Idk, I might argue that those below-knee carbon fiber blade prosthetics have had a functional advantage over real shins and feet for awhile now. They can literally run faster and jump higher with those things from what I've seen. Of course you'd have to have two to have any kind of useful force balance.

It just should feel natural. Like when I wear glasses. No one even thinks about it because it is such a good fix.

The thing about glasses is they only feel natural if you're used to them and you still notice them if they don't fit properly (sliding around or alternatively putting pressure on your temples and nose) or when they fog up. After trying and failing to switch to contacts (sensitive eyes) I decided that living with my less than 20/20 (but not terrible) vision was better than using any sort of corrective lenses. Though the discomfort of a prosthetic is probably much worse I wouldn't call a glasses level comfort the end goal.
