As a Spanish emigrant living in Australia who loves and misses his country so much, the Spanish episodes across the series have brought me a lot of cheerful memories. Such a great job by Adam and the team, as you have truly been capable of encapsulating the gastronomic essence of each territory in 10 to 20 min videos. You really tried what you had to try and created an amazing and unique experience for each episode, thank you all for this incredible series and I can't wait to see more (let's hope it happens soon enough)!

I lived in Barcelona for 2 years in the early noughties. Some of the best food I ever ate was from those little family run bars dotted around everywhere. I miss that place. Also I couldn't really speak spanish to begin with so just ordered anything off the little menu of the day cards I.e 1 for starter 5 for main course. It's way more than that. Recipe contains beans, chorizo, blood sausage and bacon, all smoked and homemade. All the ingredients are homemade. Traditionally it is cooked in a wood stove for many hours, so the beans have a buttery texture. Believe me, you should try it hahaha
