Fusion. Fusing 2 T3 gifts and 1 T2 gifts is a guaranteed T4 gift, 90% chance of it being the keyword you select.

@@SunInJar starlight just unlocks more gifts, pretty sure. Tier 5 is the Max tier and only lunar memory is T5.
