The reason that they have that debuff is that it's just something that kinda carried over from Library of Ruina since they were a general reception in it and their whole schtick was analyzing opponent's weaknesses to hit harder (so they had it as a passive that endured resistances could become normal ones). In Limbus Company they got developed a bit more as an association but got changed to rupture so they were able to have a dedicated status type but PM also had to change their original debuff to be a bit worse and their kit to be more focused on attacking weaknesses instead of them changing them like how they originally were in Library of Ruina

God 7 association has the (second) worst case of season 1 syndrome with how horrid most of their clashes are. Unlike N corp however they don't even get an ego gift to make up for it.

Seven Faust is the only like "Good" Rupture ID Most of rupture ID don't clash above 20 consistantly It's like playing with ID's without Uptie 4 since most of them don't even get conditionals

the problem is they are mostly old id so their clash is just terrible without those + clash/coin power once condition met these newer id has, and also suffer from problem most old id has especially 00 one - their skill is just a mess, mix up with many thing else and not dedicated fully to rupture at all so they are almost unusable outside of MD
