Hopefully this is obvious for anyone stumbling across this excellent video, but the devs for Lime3DS are very active and release new versions all the time. As a result, it is already on version 2113 as of this comment. The devs are talented enough that you should probably just use the latest version, however if you *really* want the 2112 version from this video you can add "/tag/2112" to the end of the url when you get to the releases page, which will point you to a stable page for this exact version to be downloaded.

If anyone is having a problem with the "lime3ds-gui" app is not working, it's because you have to install the msys2, not the msvc zip file.

It seems that public rooms are no longer working because I've been playing Pokemon Sun with Lime for 3 days and when I try to search for a room, absolutely none appear until this day. At least in Citra public rooms did appear, but in Lime they no longer do. Unless I need to configure something else.

I tried both versions, the msvc and the msys2 and i keep getting a blank screen and the app is not working, tried both, the installer version and downloading the files manually and nothing, i keep getting the same error, does someone have a way to solve this? or is the emulator broken? this has been tried in the most actual version (2118.2) and tried the exact version showed in the video (2112) and none of them work

Im using the Lime3ds emulator and i have your texture pack i have it installed and kept in custom texture enabling it but when i load the game it just gives me the boost of 9x texture and doesnt give me the HD look from the custom texture pack i even tried doing the native and back to 9x resolution after pre loading the texture pack it didnt work

Whenever I try making a lobby for multiplayer, it gives me an error message saying, "Failed to announce the room the public lobby. In order to host a room publicly, you must have a valid Citra account configured in Emulation --> Configure --> Web. Which I did, but when I go to web it doesn't say anything but showing the game in your discord status. Please advise! Thank you.

Ive loaded up pokemon ultra sun but the game is practically capped at 50% speed and 15 fps? i try raising the speed of the game to see if it just does half of whatever u set the speed to but it really is capped at 50%, and fps never goes past 15. any answers? ive tried tweaking with some of the "configure" settings in Lime but still no luck.

That happened to me, I found out that by default the emulator uses the - and + keys as speed toggles and I was pressing them, check that

You need to mod your 3DS to get the game files or get them from 3DS rom websites (WHICH IS ILLEGAL AND I DO NOT ENCOURAGE)

What game format is it? The best one is .3ds, other formats might not work properly

Now I haven't even watched the full video but assuming this is a 3ds emulator and you have a ds game, heart gold, as the folder. You are probably trying to play a ds game , which you use desmume for instead.

it's " + " to increase the speed and " - " to decrease it, you can see the keybind if you do "emulation" -> "'controls" -> "hotkey" (you find the hotkey section on the upper part of the window) i hope it could help you
