I'm trying to understand. . . are you improvising a melody with the limerick in mind or are you playing a song that has sheet music?

Totally improvising a melody ... I'm just using the Limerick to provide rhythm and structure for the song.

This one’s a bit hard to follow. I think I’m getting lost with the embellishments. I’ll think on it a bit more. Maybe look up Mark Hollands piece, review more of what a limerick is (it’s been a while)….
