What jig heads work best with slab city jigs. Didn't see the eyes like slab city ones on those you were you using. What works best for jig head colors? Getting my boat rigged out soon. Got to find a creek near me to try this with my family. Enjoy the videos.

I use plain lead heads. No eyes. I don’t prefer Crappie fishing with painted heads. Unnecessary in my opinion. I use 2 1/16th oz for this double jig rig setup. They are available at slabcityjigs.com thanks for watching! God bless

I found the how-to video on slip cork setup. Here's a little tip that can and will help out tremendously. I replace the small yellow tips in my corks with an aluminum rivet. The size you want is 1/8-1/16 with 1/8 grip range. Pop the rivet off nail by grabbing the sleeve with pliers and tap down on a hard surface until sleeve releases from nail. You can place a rivet in top to replace the yellow tip and you can insert one at the bottom. By doing this, the line travels through the riveted cork much faster and you won't have to worry about the tip insert getting grooves in it and causing line break.
