வாதி நீதிமன்றத்தில் இருந்து எங்களுக்கு அனுப்பிய சுட் சம்மன் தேதி 3 12 2022. அன்று நாங்கள் நீதிமன்றத்திற்கு சென்ற போது இது நீதிமன்ற விடுமுறை. நீதிமன்ற அலுவலகத்தில் இந்த சம்மன் பற்றி கேட்டபோது இதன் உண்மையான தேதி 5 12 2022 என்று கூறினர். எங்களை Ex-party அதற்காக இந்த தவறான தேதியை இட்டு அனுப்பி உள்ளனர் என்பது பிறகு எங்களுக்கு தெரியவந்தது. அப்போ தற்பொழுது இந்த வழக்கை நாங்கள் எடுத்து நடத்தி வருகிறோம் இந்த தேதியினை நீதிமன்றத்தில் எங்களுக்கு சாதகமான ஒரு பாயிண்டாக சேர்த்துக் கொள்ளலாமா

Sir, 15 வருடம் முன்பு ஒருவர் விற்ற இடத்திஇல் பங்கு உண்டு என்று அவரின் சகோதரி case போட முடியுமா. எங்கள் அனுபவத்தில் உள்ள இடம் பத்திரம், பட்டா, லேண்ட் tax உள்ளது. இதற்கு காலக்கெடு உள்ளதா. அவரின் அண்ணனிடம் கேட்காமல் எங்களிடம் சொத்தை கேட்கலாமா

Can you explain your case deeply. Only then I can explain you what I have learned based on my understanding. Case relating to immovable property which involves recovery of mortgage should be filed with in 20 years from the date of judgement So please explain your case details

Madam. My mother in 1990 , went and met an advocate ( இலவச சட்ட உதவி) .only 2 times she went and complained about my elder brother to vacate her own house. She did not file case in the court. She kept quiet and in 2004 she filled a case against him.my brothers said my mom got letter from the court and kept quiet for 14 years.and so the case wàs.dissmissed.இதுக்கும் limitation act பொருந்துமா

Iam raja from Salem, 1993 நிலம் சம்பந்தப்பட்ட வழக்கு பதிவு செய்யப்பட்டது. 2001இல் தீர்ப்பு வழங்கப்பட்டது மேலும் தற்போது வரை வாதி தீர்ப்பை செயல்பாட்டுத்வில்லை . தீர்ப்பை செயல்படுத்த காலவரையறை உன்டா.விவறமாக சொல்லுங்கள் சகோதரி.

Once the judge ment is given, it's over, if the judgement is not fair for u, then u have to go for appeal

Judgement is given only on basis of the evident on which side, both of the party can't claim, on the basis of fairness on whom, they can get claim

So if you filed the cases, if the judgement is not fair for u, then surely you can go for appeal to high court Or supreme court
