Those drones are all military drones. There are some very large bases in the area that have drone capabilities, and they're probably flight testing those (especially covert capabilities and counter-counter drone technology). I suspect these drones are gong to be sent to NATO to prop up their capabilities since the Ukraine war has devolved to a drone warfare environment.
