Recreational Resort Cottages brings to you the Bayview Reimagined on this weeks episode of Tiny Home Tuesday. If the Bayview looks familiar to you, this is the home that we showcased this weekend at the Great American Tiny Home Show in Arlington, TX. Packed with tons of charm and character, this is a 399SF RV park model that comes prepped and ready with lots of built-in features. With its double loft, the layout of this model is designed to easily sleep 8 people! We have also added a special RRC-exclusive limited-run backsplash. Not only did we display our signature Casablanca backsplash in the kitchen, but we also chose to place it in the shower and as the kick pads of the stairs leading to the loft. This Bayview Reimagined model has a very spacious bathroom with double mirrors. When you walk up the stairs it splits to a front loft with rails, great if you need to be able to keep an eye on little ones. And you also have a private back loft, The back loft makes a great space for privacy and also for storage that needs to be kept out of sight.
RRC's Bayview Reimagined is currently priced at $120,000. The price includes delivery and tiedowns within 100 miles (additional freight charges apply for farther distances), a/c and heat system installed, manufacturer's warranty, plus a 7 year extended service contract.

Possibly the best park model you’ve created! I’ve searched and researched extensively for the last 5 years in prep for my retirement, and this is the first “tiny home” I’ve viewed where there is absolutely NOTHING I would change or feel like there’s just that one thing that’s lacking.... love love LOVE IT!

@@Aoendkth-nv7au they’ll make it happen! I love the customizable options, since I’d probably downgrade a bunch. My favorite model so far is the Mimosa, because of the wet room and layout. Edit to add I really need to start taking notes on things is tweak one I get closer to actually financing my dream.

I’d add storage under the stairs, build a bench in the shower to shave my legs, Add a small shed attached to the back outside for brooms, shovels, or bike storage etc., put a wine glass rack under the wrap around cabinets. Just dreaming. My favorite layout I’ve seen!❤

Outstanding bathroom layout. My initial impression of the tile was sorta meh, but as you continued the sales pitch, I could see how it brought everything together. Only change in the vids I would recommend is a walk around the outside.

I could do the screened in part myself but personally I would like to have the porch on the side like in place of where the left double windows are by the kitchen sink, & then would have the whole living room area to have more room to design/ rearrange the living room. The Bayview Reimagine is beautiful and well designed for a family. The front bumpout with the cedar makes the house look so expensive and high quality. I love the trey ceiling. The windows behind the sofa are a perfect size. The eating space is perfect near that window. I like backslash is beautiful. I could do alot with that double loft. I like this house alot. I also like the way Mr Tiny Timmons goes through each home to show the features while explaining at least twice the size and price while giving the name of each tiny home.

Love the tray ceiling in the living and the finish on the wood. The bathroom is so nice and roomy. Nice size shower and lots of storage in there too. As always, I love the loft area. Back portion can also be a nice office too or good for additional guests.

That was so impressive! I love the color choices inside and out - Especially the wood accents and the Gale Force Blue cabinets in the kitchen. I love the layout of the bathroom with the extra storage and lighter cabinets. If I could add one thing, it would be a bump out for the fridge and laundry area to give more room going down the hallway. Don't want to feel like I'm in a pinball machine, if you know what I mean. Lol. Great work and quality as always Mr. Tiny and crew!

The Craftsman look is a hit, the bump out and all the cedar is very pleasing to the eye. Love the tray ceiling, picture windows, the hidden stairs and the two lofts. All the colors work together and is cohesive from the outside to the inside. I could do without the door in the bedroom, but I love the extra windows.

The open loft would make a great play room, but if younger children were going to use it, I'd like to see the railing go up to the ceiling, no over the railing accidents. Also the private loft could be a beautiful space for a prayer/meditation room.

I love this home! If I outlive my husband (I am an active senior) THIS is my retirement plan is to move to Texas and get one of your park models. I love the downstairs bedroom and the lofts which I would most likely use as storage with that open loft as a reading nook with really low chairs (I’m very short). Can’t crawl on knees or do a deep stoop because of arthritis in my knees. I make myself do stairs so I don’t lose that function.

Craftsman style is my top fave style for any house; tiny or otherwise. In general, I love this tiny home model inside and out!
