Ladies and gentlemen, may we present the Finch. This tiny home is truly something special, our favorite feature in this RV Park model is that it not only has one main floor bedroom but it has two, as well as a loft. Along with the abundant interior space, there is also plenty of outdoor living space where you can sit back and relax on your 10 foot front porch, while drinking an ice cold cup of lemonade. The Finch has incredible space functionality, making it great home for families. For a touch of pizzazz, in the living room we gave you a floor to ceiling shiplap accent wall. We also did a galley style kitchen to give you more space on the side of the home where the bedrooms are. The second bedroom not only has built in bunk beds but it also had a built in cabinet, giving you ample storage space. For those of you who plan to utilize the loft as a sleeping space or a even a lounge area, we chose to carpet the loft making it easier on everyone's knees while crawling around up there.
The Finch, as of today is priced at $91,000. The price includes delivery and tiedowns within 100 miles (additional freight charges apply for farther distances), a/c and heat system installed, manufacturer's warranty, plus a 7 year extended service contract.

Mike This is an exceptional model! The Finch is very family friendly! I have watched for a few years now, because I have an 18 year old with Autism, we watch and try to decide which model is appropriate for us. I'm close to retirement and am just waiting my turn, lol! I know when that day comes where I will be heading for my retirement home. Our house has been paid for for years. So why a tiny? Please invest in counter-depth refrigerators for your tiny homes and give "broom closet" storage (a slim 18in tall pantry). Those 2 features would make your tiny homes 10/10 every time.

I’d buy this to live by myself lol. That small bedroom would be my washer dryer and walk in closet. The main floor bedroom would be the living room or main entertainment area. Loft would be my bed room and the living room would be where the dining table would go

This design is a BIG thumbs up from me!! I would need the two downstairs bedrooms AND the loft. But I’d definitely put a smaller fridge in with no big handles to bump into. I’d also swap the dish washer for a washer dryer combo.

@@jeffreynelson2736 I don’t see one, but the stove is full sized and the fridge looks big too. If you get a smaller fridge and stove then there will be room for another appliance. Or you can take some of the lower cabinets and put a dishwasher or washer/dryer there instead of storage.

I like the front porch and the master bedroom. I really like smaller appliances in the kitchen to make room for a washer/dryer combo and a small dishwasher. This is a great layout. The 2 br with the loft is crazy in 400 square feet!

Mike, i would make a space for a stackable washer and dryer where the hot water heater is and move water heater over more towards the front of stairs then it would be perfect, and take out dishwasher, other than that I love it for the fact that it has 2 bedrooms and loft!

How unique! There are too many things I like to have a favorite, but I will point out I like there's space in the primary bedroom for a dresser, leaving room for the closet space! Way to go, RRC!

As tall as that middle bedroom is, I think you could add a third bed. I would have done a counter depth fridge in this kitchen since it seems a little tight. I understand the separated bath since this seems geared towards a larger family use. Definitely like the design for weekends at the lake with family, but I only see this as a vacation/weekend getaway house. Nice design!

Beautiful! I love this layout. I would definately need the two rooms but would probably opt out of the built in bunk bed as I would use that room as my office, although the storage closet is a nice touch. Also the sink in the hallway is okay but I think there should be a washer&dryer combo unit next to the sink with a cabinet or shelves over it for storage. I'd also probably put a counter-top sink on a cabinet with some drawers under it, I always believed that standard bathroom sinks take up to much room in the cabinet it sits on. Of course also as a more familly central home I think a bathtub would be beneficial.

Wow Mr Tiny, I like this model. 13 feet wide first off, is awesome. The bonus room is a downstairs special, but I wonder if 2 ground level lofts, could be built, one atop the other, in about the same size, wall to wall, with a transom window in each for a more private and comfy experience, inside the bonus room. This might even allow space for a larger sleeping area, or possibly some fold out stands or wall pockets for storage along the inside wall. You know nowadays, kids need their space, as well as, their own wall outlet, to keep the peace. I understand this perfectly.

Mr. Tiny... the sink outside the bedroom is a BAD idea. Do you want pipi hands all over the door? How about brushing your teeth in the middle of the hallway? The toilet and the sink should always go together!

Unless u actually had 2 kids in the bunks, a kid or 2 in the loft, a husband and wife. And 1 bathroom, you might would be thankful you could use your bathroom while kids, or girls, or teen girls were primping in the mirror. This is personally but my choice either but that's why they make different models.

I love the additional bedroom on the main floor. Get rid of the bunk beds and it could be my sewing/craft room. I don’t like the bathroom sink all “willy nilly” in the hallway though. Also, where do we put the washer and dryer?? Overall, it’s a great new option to consider 👍

I would like to see a tiny home with a BIG kitchen , leaving out the living area, to expand the kitchen. Then the bedroom downstairs can be used for the living area and the bedroom in the loft. Haven’t seen that yet
