I have put close to 2k in Nitecore flashlights and lamps. I have them for biking, hiking, emergency use, camping. Power station as well as the solar panels could be used just as much and just as often as the flash lights. I have fixed my vehicles, my work van when it has broken down at night and without a flashlight would have been stranded. I have 3 different Nitecore pocket flashlights and always use them depending on what I’m doing for that 24 hour period. I bike a lot and people that see the Nitecore bike light I have are amazed and even purchased one after seeing mine. Having a way to charge them up when power goes out or just a way to have a back up source for small electronics is awesome. Anyone that is a DIY person or a prepper will always find a use for this portable station.

Love the sleek design! I’m turning in to a NiteCore fan as I want the whole range now. I can see this being really useful for camping here in Australia to power lighting and charging portable devices, and even any low power draw cooling units. 😎

Construction worker here. Soooooo many times where I was short of power on jobsites and had to rely on batteries and just couldn't make it for the full 10 hour shifts. I have tons of tool batteries but I can go through them in a heart beat. Would be a nice way to charge up. Love your vids. Bought a headlamp, a tini2 and another hc35 in a 7day span 😅

As a mad keen mountaineer/hunter/fisherman in the South Island of New Zealand this would be the perfect base camp solution for charging all my equipment ( especially my Tiki GITD, NPB1,NPB4 and several NL2150HPI batteries) before setting off on a big adventure. I’ve had heaps of gear from “top shelf” brands over the years but none of it compares to the awesome level of design and lightweight solutions that Nitecore offers. Thanks Nitecore, You guys are top notch!

This would be the perfect set-up for me when I go on long motorcycle trips where I ride and camp along the way. Some times, the countries that I travel in doesn't have available power to charge my devies for quite some distance, so this battery pack with the solar panels will give me peace of mind to know that when ever I need power, I have it.

After the big freeze in Texas this past year it would be quite the valuable tool....most gas stations in my area were out of gas so my gas generator was not very useful. But other than power outages during storms it would be great to take on long camping trips. This channel is so informative I'm glad I came across it. Keep up the good work 👍👍

This is super useful for me when doing Maintained Load Test which requires me to stay on construction site for 3 days. Currently using car battery as power source for my led light bulbs. But that does not solve my phone battery issues as it doesn't last for 3 days. This will surely be a huge step up in my workflow

Every review of yours I watch I have to update my christmas list. I live in queensland, literally called 'the sunshine state' so I'm sure the panels would work a treat. Im always draining my torches before the end of a camping trip so I love the fact you can plug them straight into the panel. The power station would be invaluable for the eleventy seven different camping power devices I seem to have accumulated. Keep the reviews coming they're awesome.

I just have a 300W Solar Generator but I am researching Solar Panels. I bought it to have in my bedroom for a low wattage heater, blanket or fan. I plan to buy a larger 2000(?) Watt to have for my kitchen. I live in Texas and many people lost electricity February 2021. I am alone, 64 and I used as little power as possible ( to conserve for others) with coats & blankets. I am in the process of educating myself & prepping for emergencies. I live in a tiny 2 room apartment in a quadplex so I think that I can do well!

Im from Cebu, Philippines. We just got hit by the strongest typhoon of 2021 last december, typhoon Odette. I got NPS 400 since there is still no electricity for weeks already, but no supply on solar panel. I’ll use it for basic phone & light charging mainly for my family use, and mobilization to assist in relief goods.

Nitecore is my go to light, they are incredible! I have a camping trip coming up and I’m looking to get a power box and solar panels (actually just left REI). I want to power a cooler of some sort if I can do that I don’t have to bring another battery with me. I would also love to have a power box to give me power for camping lights, charging my drone and cameras I use when out on the trail. Came to your channel looking for a good camping light and saw this give away, fingers crossed!!

I've had this idea of making different attachments for vape mods. Alot of them can run up to 200 watts and are full of safety stuff. And yall are always tinkering with cool stuff. I figured it's a huge untaped market of tiny power banks used only for vapeing but I think small attachments with the 510/710 thread adapters could be handy. Wind proof lighters , flashlights , tazer , aroma therapy , laser pointer , coffee cream foamer. Or just make a battery pack with a whip with a 510/710 thread so you cold have hands free vaping. Just some ideas I've had. Itd be cool to see a USB cable with a small power controll know built in for vape mods so you can vape off any battery pack. Lol. Thanks for the lumenating content.

I'll use it in my farm in Paraguay. We are off grid so solar is a must but unitl now I'm not able to afford a set up like this :( I'd use it for charging my MH11, Klarus E2 and Olight S1 baton mini, AA batterries for my 3 trail cams acting as security cams, my computer and iPad and perhaps for some generic rechargable LED bulbs. I´ve entered in Nitecore world for your videos. Keep going :)

These things are getting very useful now. I should really pick up a decent solar panel. I'm trying to get the family into camping. But the kid needs his tablet so that we can get him to sit still sometimes. Plus if we could keep our batteries charged, it would be nice to know we've got entertainment when it rains (we're in the UK. It's definitely going to rain at some point).

Hello from SG! So excited to see the power station. I'm planning for a weekend car camping and this handy solar panel would help to charge my power banks that I use to power up the various gadgets! Am interested in the NES1200 when it rolls out cause of the higher capacity. NES500 is good but NES1200 will meet my power requirements better! Wondering is there any reason why you guys decided on 1200 and not 1500? :)

Bought a couple of flashlights from Nightcore last week. Was a fan since Day 1 as we use the lights going around the farm for protection. We have a problem as powerlines do not reach us so we do not have lights or power. I saw this and this would be a really really great tool for us as it could charge itself thru solar power. Great explainer and examples provided. Question: can the temperature inside a parked car in Singapore exceed 40 degrees Celsius ? I want to run my dash cam on the power station 24/7 and ocassionally power a water kettle . What's the power station heat dissipation like?
@NitecoreSG
@NitecoreSG 2 жыл бұрын
Yes in Singapore 1-2pm sun it will get that hot. The powerstation has its own set of fans to remove heat out the sides, but if your sealed car has no where for the heat to go, it will heat up for sure. Dash cam and water kettle no problem, it’s just where you’ll place the powerstation. If you always park in sheltered carparks, no prob 👍
