NCT Taeyong being the best leader

Even after all his efforts and all the attention Taeyong gives to the NCT members, even though he always puts them first, I somehow still see people complain about him and act like someone else can do a better job. No. This video is proof of just how thoughtful, kind, wise and generous Taeyong is. NCT could not have wished for a better leader. Not only does he lead his own unit NCT 127 exceptionally well, but he also takes care of members of NCT Dream and WayV and he off course steps up his leader game when the whole of NCT is brought together. I wish I could have included even more clips, but my laptop was running out of storage. And clips like the ones shown in the video are only a fraction of all the hard work Taeyong does behind the scenes. So please show him more support!

I think some people forget how NCT is a completely NEW concept with many uncertainties right from the start. Just thinking how TaeYong was only 20 when he debuted (Jisung 's current age!) having to carry heavy responsibility from such a young age!! Obviously no ones perfect from the start without experience but he showed how strong he was mentally in holding up his team and enduring all the pressures from every side. 📣 TaeYong, you are doing just FINE and there are millions whom support you!!! Taeyong has so many different skills (there is the artist side of dance and rap and writing skill but leadership is sooooo much more) to be the leader he is and it's been so wonderful to watch him grow in this. He has grown and developed so much and I love especially to see him get more gutsy and secure in himself as the years go by. There is no preparing anyone for this kind of thing, you have to learn as you go mostly. You really can't force a leader out of someone, they have to be the ones that want to follow you, just like what other members do to Taeyong. They listen to him, they trust his advice and his skills, they let him guide them, they put their ears and minds out to him. Even someone older than him like Taeil and Johnny (who is couples of months older), dude, even Taemin looked for his assistance. Taeyong has the natural leadership vibe and aura in him that makes people willing to follow him. I got emotional watching this. 😭😭😭 how could anyone hate him I understand if some people don't like him but why not just ignore things you don't like but instead antis make it their job to hate. It is understandable if other group fans hate him but you a fan of his own member why do you choose to hate one their leader that is one of your bias biggest support. Solo stans always yelling for him to stop being a leader and wanting their bias to be the leader themselves. Why do they want their bias to be subjected in that tormenting leader position where they need to prioritize their group first than themselves. They also want their bias to go solo but also want to burden them with that leadership thing. Taeyong has sacrificed a lot and is just now beginning to truly show what he can do on his own evident with the soundcloud, youtube channel, tiktok, etc. I think he felt that nct is more stabilized now cause they almost 7 years in their careers. But you can still see him prioritize the group more than his own. That is why tyongf's are pushing for his solo cause some solo fans are ungrateful of taeyong. single father of 22 boys. yes. I only got to know NCT in 2020 through the NCT World 2.0. I had not even known that he was the leader then, but in the first episode even, it was already and immediately obvious why he was selected as leader. That boy is a problem solver, mediator, and is so patient. The members reacted to his calm energy quite instantly. I honestly don't have any bias, but if I ever did, Taeyong would be one of them.

Even member who being temporary "leader" for awhile when Taeyong rested before, not even a month, being frustrated so much about it and voiced his frustration himself. Imagine being Taeyong who already do that for years. Being a leader, especially for SM groups, you can't judge it just from something that you see on the screen. It's not that "shallow". Being leader is more than being the most caring member/s 😊

I stan SM groups from 2008, so I witnessed many situations, especially how hard being the leader for SM groups. Considering the amount of the members & type of the group, objectively Taeyong already did soooo great. It's just, this fandom has quite "unique" way of thinking 😬

Back in the days, I used feel to like he only acts like the leader of 127 and I want him to visit WayV and Dreamies often in their MV shoots or whatever. But I realised how hard it must be for him,I see how to tries his best to interact with every member when he has the chance and I really appreciate him! No one could do it better than him. He always visited and supported Dreamies, they commented on that multiple times and there is even some backstage videos. And regarding WayV, even when SM had politics of not mentioning them and pretending that they are not really part of NCT label, Taeyong still always openly acknowledged them and talked about them as part of Nct. He even talked about Kun - their leader(!) as his precious little brother, and we all know how good of a friend's him and Ten are. Newer members like Xiaojun, Yangyang and Hendery all had their interactions with him in 2020 when they stuck in Korea because of COVID and SM finally openly merged WayV with NCT label. Xiaojun talked a lot about how cool and helpful of a leader Taeyong is.
