It sounds like he might be anxious about saying the wrong thing, and having that thing taken and held against him. He is constantly in the public eye, and he has to measure his words all the time and rapidly, because it's live-streamed. I don't think people fully appreciate the difficulty of creating content that is engaging and enjoyable, while having the burning eye of the zeitgeist upon you.

As an addendum, it sounds like Scotland/Glasgow (in the dream) represents Limmy, the life-boats might represent an insult or some minor threat to himself (or his image of himself), and the air-strike might represent his over-reaction to the wound/insult. He might be afraid of over-reacting to one of his subscriber's comments, and fear that it will be taken (perhaps out of context) and used against him, and effect his livelihood. I think it's a legitimate concern, especially for a highly-strung, highly-reactive person like Limmy (who uses comedy to overcome insults, anxiety, and depression). P.S. Limmy even apologises in this clip immediately after calling out one of his subscribers for not listening, which is quite out of character.
