Love the information you give us Dr. , much appreciated as always. Terps really are important and I hope people never lose the love for the plant not just it's extracts. The whole plant imo is absolute. ✌️🌲

Your terpene videos have been so helpful. I'm going to hopefully be a budtender so I've been studying, and you are by far the best at breaking down and explaining these complex topics.

Limonene also makes a great food-safe solvent for the extraction and purification of many compounds

Will try as a solvent for niclosamide dissolution, do you know If in its pure isolated (food additive) idk exactly the process used, i will make sure right now, but likely food grade, being the concentration 96% Density is 0.840g/ml or 840mg/ml, deemed as safe doses range from 500mg to even 5.000mg a day. I can fractionate easily Do you know If its fine to use It in this isolated form, sold as flavoring additive' food grade' from a reliable company here with decades of work, If used proper doses ?

@@mobilezeronine2866 I wouldn’t ingest it pure no. It’s supposedly quite irritating to skin and I imagine it would have similar effects when ingested.

Could D-Limonene or Cannabigerol be used to help caffeine tolerance? Caffeine is a A2A receptor antagonist. It helps increase dopamine activity ect. However, those effects diminish with tolerance. Afaik D-Limonene is a A2A receptor agonist. Could it help reverse caffeine tolerance?

I tend to experience headaches with strains that contain high limonene.. I’ve often wondered why.
@thecannabisdoc7 ай бұрын
i have seen this before. there are studies that show too high of concentration of some terps can cause this. is this is the situation for you, try experimenting with lower limonene chemovars and try to notice a difference. it seems like you have already found the issue though!

For 10 years I have consumed Cannabis and have noticed that strains with Limonene in them make me feel the best. Most strains lack Limonene, yet I just saw that I can buy an entire bottle for 20 bucks. Can I lip my weed in the liquid and let it dry and than smoke it? I want to know if it is safe.
@thecannabisdoc Жыл бұрын
Hey! DO NOT dip or submerge the flower into the limonene essential oil. I would advise strongly against it because there is no data to support that its safe and there is data that suggests TOO much limonene can make you feel unpleasant/have side effects. Limonene is easily one of my favorite terps. You don't even have to look at the Certificate of analysis. if the product you bought has limonene, YOU KNOW BY JUST THE SMELL 🤩

@dylanbaldwin79349 ай бұрын
How hot would you have to get it? I usually smoke joints and take small hits at a time because i feel its cooler smoke and tastes better. Maybe because once it has a cherry, it burns at the pace it wants to as hot as it naturally does as opposed to constantly holding fire to the bowl of a pipe or bong. Obviously you know the science hence me asking how hot would it have to be and how easy is it to unintentionally overheat limonene?
