The thing I liked most about seeing this show is that no one is busy taking pictures of it with their cell phone because there weren't any, everyone is just enjoying the moment!

Bizkit did some mad shows back in the day. Saw a concert on mtv2 where security walked out so they made a steel cage like a wwe show and played with that to keep crowd off the stage, and of course Fred climbed it and jumped in

You do understand that you are looking at the entire millennial generation, in the past. We had the same fervor for Eminem too. Still have that loyalty for Eminem, on my part. Always. But this is the epitome of our anger. were angry because of our, first of all horrific situation. They were in, in that festival. On top of deep-seeded resentment. Limp Bizkit did not start that riot. It started because of the creators of the festival. Anyone who was there, me, and anyone who was a fan of the bands there, didn’t blame the bands ever. Give us shit to break.

I would recommend take a look around or conunterfeit for a reaction. Two of the hardest songs imo.

I was at this show, I'll say I had fun for 3 day's. I left after godsmack on the small stage. I seen the fires and got out. The rave in the airplane hanger at night was good to.

This performance while good, was weak compared to their cover of Metallica's Sanitarium. Have to check that out.

@@jasheesh2k399Korn also did a good cover at that same show which was a tribute to Metallica. But everyone else sucked I think. Snoop Dogg, Avril Lavigne were two others that performed covers.

Ya Sanitraium is a very solid cover. Wish Wes was in the band at the time as he’s a big Metallica fan and would’ve sounded great. He did a brief cover of Master in ‘01. Wes’ solo band, Big Dumb Face is awesome if you’ve never heard it. Blood Red Head on Fire is great

Seen bizkit live in the early 2000’s when they came England - awesome shows. Lucky to see Korn twice around that time and linkin park also. Have you done Pantera domination live? Awesome

Good shout on Thieves! Agreed, having rewatched it, it is very broken up so I think sticking to their own songs is a great idea. Can’t go wrong with Break Stuff! My suggestions would be Counterfit, Full Nelson and Hot Dog. Counterfeit is one of the sickest riffs I’ve ever heard in Nu Metal. Wes Borland, their guitarist, has a great stage presence and a great tone, as you mentioned. If you check out Counterfit, their live show from Lakefront UNO ‘98 is a good one too (Woodstock ‘99 is always a good option though lol). Appreciate you checking out the recommendations 🤘🏻

Aye all good man you've kicked in the door to Limp Bizkit, I'm keen, sweet ive added them to my list man, had someone else suggest Counterfeit as well so thatll probs be next, is woodstock 99 their best live version of that song you think?

@@JustinPiercee personally, for Counterfit I like the UNO Lakefront version a little bit better from ‘98. Woodstock is definitely a way bigger/crazier crowd, but musically I like the ‘98 performance a bit better. Again, can’t go wrong with either!

@@JustinPiercee hahaha a true Bizkit fan in the making! It’s funny because growing up with them I thought they were pretty lame but my mom of all people loved them (her favourite song from them is called Rollin). When I got into my mid 20’s I gave them another shot and here we are: I think they’re an excellent band (especially live). Overall, their best show across the board is their ‘01 Rock Am festival set. So if you happen to ever check out Hot Dog, My Generation, Full Nelson, etc. that’s the concert you’ll wanna check out. Wes actually does a little minute and a half cover of Master of Puppets and it’s pretty badass, he has some heavy vocals. If you ever want to check out Wes’ solo stuff, check out his band BigDumbFace. It’s pretty damn weird, but is damn good. His song ‘blood red head on fire’ is my favourite lol.

@@JustinPiercee Japan 2003 is quite ok. But you notice in the live version that Fred Durst is not on the highest level vocally. The studio version is the best
